Aimé ARNOULD
French jewelry designer
In 1890, Aimé Arnould established his jewellery practice in Paris,
France. Influenced by the new art theories circulating during the flamboyant
period of the late 1800s, he created a beautiful jewellery collection
that is still reproduced today, with the same moulds and detailed handcraft.
Completely inspired by nature, his works are characterized by fluid,
sinuous lines and vibrant curves, featuring romantic or symbolic figures
of elegant feminine silouhettes or butterflies as well as plants, flowers,
ivy or ginko leaves. They are truly representatives of the organic and
floral Art Nouveau Style in France.
Major works:
Ginko leaves silver or gold jewellery
Ivy leaves silver or gold necklace, bracelet, earrings, rings
